Every suite have sit/stand desks and rolling desk chairs. We will add or subtract desks as you need them and do an initial design session to layout the room, mount glass whiteboards and storage cubbies in desired location. We are happy to re-arrange the rooms as your workflow changes to keep your team productive and comfortable.

Private offices are the best solution for teams of 1-15 people in size. Suites Under 5 desks in size have 30-day notices and leases over 5 desks have 60-day notices. Don’t worry, we will never jack up your rent and always protect your price as long as you stay with an industry low rental increase of max 5% year.

You can upgrade, downgrade, expand or move to equivalent suites if a more desired unit becomes available anytime. We will handle the move for you and maintain similar terms.

Any person who works in the company can use the common area and shared amenities. Clients, guests, close family and friends are welcome to use the space as well at no cost while you are here.

Well, we are downtown, so parking does come at a cost. Fortunately for you we lease and purchase monthly spaces in bulk so we can get a discount and transfer those savings to you. Monthly parking passes cost $100/mo. and are located 1.5 blocks away. We guarantee spaces up to the number of desks in a suite, so you can add and drop parking as needed for your team and not worry about availability, long waitlists or higher prices and minimum notices as with going through a parking company or the city. We also have a few building spaces behind the building for $175/mo. as multi-use company spaces but are extremely limited in availability.
